My All-Time Favorite Cookies

I am the kind of person who still snacks all the time. I can afford not to eat all day, but not to have snacks. Another thing is that I don’t want to add weight either. So, start exploring food and trying healthy recipes to make low calories snacks.

Only three ingredients;

1. Oatmeal (250 gram)

2. Banana (3 medium sized pieces)

3. Choco-chips (sufficiently)

Mash the banana with a fork, then blend it evenly with the oatmeal. Add the choco-chips to the dough — Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. One recipe can be 15 cookies depending on the shape we like.

The size above is not that stiff, just adjusting the texture we like. I prefer a smoother texture by adding more bananas; it will make the cookies sweeter. The most important thing is a cookie is only about 50 calories, that’s low!!!
